Smith & Wesson's belt straps utilize one of the strongest Vegetable Tanned Harness Leathers available on the market. Combine that with a double layer strengthening system that is bonded and then stitched together with 9-ply thread yielding just under 6mm of belt thickness and you have got yourself a belt that will be passed down for generations to come. To further uphold the long-standing traditions of quality and workmanship of Smith and Wesson these belt buckles are made of Solid Brass and Solid Steel polished for aesthetic.
