CMMG® revolutionized the PCC world with the Radial Delayed Blowback® Operating System now it’s the 9mm DISSENT’s® turn to shake things up. Combining our patent-pending Compact Action and Radial Delayed Blowback with fixed ejector this DISSENT upper group contains the entire action and recoil system into the upper receiver. The result is an incredibly soft shooting 9mm PCC compatible with a wide range of ammo loadings that also eliminates the need for a traditional AR15 buffer tube assembly. – The 9mm DISSENT upper is compatible with mil-spec style AR15 lowers when used with our AR Conversion Mags as well as our MkGs and Mk17 lower receivers. A forward non-reciprocating side charger allows you to quickly manipulate the bolt while aiming downrange.
