Order Processing and Shipping

In-House Inventory: Items stocked at our facility typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.
Dropshipped Items: Products shipped directly from our suppliers usually receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days.
Manufacturer Restricted Items: Some manufacturers do not allow direct dropshipping. These items will be shipped to Canoe Creek Armory first, then reshipped to you. Please allow 4–7 business days for tracking on these orders.

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have a copy of the FFL on file before shipment.
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home unless you hold a valid FFL.

We cannot ship ammunition or firearms to states, cities, or jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
Orders placed to restricted areas will be canceled and refunded, less any processing fees.

Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted once a firearm, receiver, frame, or ammunition has been transferred to you at your receiving FFL.
You must inspect all items at the FFL before completing the transfer.
If there is a defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must contact us before accepting transfer. Once the transfer is complete, the sale is final.

Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival, etc.).

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Do not complete transfer (if firearm or serialized part).

Provide your order number, photos if applicable, and details of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
