1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through canoecreekarmory.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase ammunition, and 21 years old to purchase firearms, receivers, or frames.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal firearm laws before purchasing.
By placing an order, you affirm that you are not prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 922 (Gun Control Act) from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition.

3. Firearms Purchases

All firearm sales must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of your choice.
Firearms will not ship directly to a non-licensed individual.
The buyer must complete the ATF Form 4473 and background check (NICS) at the receiving FFL before transfer.
Cancellations/Returns: Firearms sales are final once shipped to an FFL. If refused, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and restocking fees.

4. Ammunition Purchases

You must meet all federal, state, and local age and legal restrictions.
We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where prohibited.
We will ship to FFL’s in states that require it.
FOID or your states required permit will be needed if your state requires.

5. Restricted Items

You are responsible for knowing your local laws before ordering. We cannot ship certain products (e.g., magazines, suppressors, ammunition types) to restricted states or cities. Orders placed in violation of laws will be canceled and refunded, less a processing fee.

6. Compliance with ATF Regulations

Canoe Creek Armory & Mercantile, LLC strictly follows all ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives) guidelines.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that raises red flags for straw purchases or potential violations of federal law.
Firearms must be picked up buy the purchaser.

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days when in stock.
Firearms ship only to FFL holders; ammunition and parts ship to legal addresses only, no P.O. Boxes will be excepted.
Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
Canoe Creek Armory & Mercantile, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Firearms, ammunition, and serialized parts are non-returnable once transferred.
Please inspect your firearm before transfer is made.
Non-regulated items (holsters, apparel, accessories, etc.) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
Information collected (name, email, address, payment details) is used solely to process your orders and improve service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except payment processors, shipping providers, or as required by law.
Our website uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.

10. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
By submitting payment, you authorize Canoe Creek Armory & Mercantile, LLC to charge your selected method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

11. Indemnification

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canoe Creek Armory & Mercantile, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Misuse or negligent use of firearms, ammunition, or accessories purchased.
Damages, injuries, or death resulting from use of products.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable federal laws of the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
