The Primary Weapons Systems MK114 MOD 2-M is a complete semi-auto rifle in .223 Wylde, which handles both .223 Remington and 5.56mm NATO. Its 14.5″ barrel has a 1:8 twist and a pinned and welded FRC 3-port compensator that brings the overall barrel length to 16″.

It runs the PWS long-stroke piston system with adjustable gas settings. The ambidextrous lower is designed in-house from forged 7075-T651 aluminum with a flared mag well and built-in trigger guard, paired with a PicLok handguard that combines Picatinny and M-LOK mounting. It comes with a PTFE-coated mil-spec enhanced trigger (5.5 to 6.5 lb pull), a 1.2″ enhanced buffer tube with ratchet lock and built-in QD mount, an H2 steel body buffer, a Magpul MOE SL stock and MOE K2 grip, and a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle. Unloaded weight is 6.9 lb.
