Return & Refund Policy

Please read this before you order. All sales are final. Check the model, caliber, size and fit before you check out.

The short version

All sales are final. This covers everything we sell, at member price or regular price.
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
If the item is not legal to own in your state, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% fee.
Card fees and shipping charges are not refunded.

Inspect the firearm at your dealer before you sign for it. If it is damaged, defective or the wrong item, do not complete the transfer. Contact us and we will arrange a return for a replacement.
Once the transfer is complete, the sale is final. Warranty work goes through the manufacturer. Most makers require warranty claims within their own time limits, so keep your paperwork.
If the transfer can’t happen because of you, for example a failed background check or an age limit, the order is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Make sure you can legally buy before you order.

These are final sale too, except for items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Warranty work goes through the manufacturer.

Member-priced items follow the same rule. They are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. In that case we replace the item, or refund it if a replacement is not available.
Used, consignment and demo guns never get member pricing. They follow the same rules as any other firearm.
If an order that earned store credit is refunded, the credit from that order is removed.
If you paid part of an order with store credit and that order is refunded, the credit is put back.

Firearms: do not take the gun from your dealer. Call us first.
Everything else: email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and the box, and what is wrong.
Contact us before you send anything back. Items sent back without our OK may be refused.
We will work with the supplier or maker to replace the item or refund it.

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it can’t be cancelled.
If we can cancel it before it ships, we refund it less a 15% fee.
To change an order, we cancel it and you place a new one. A $10 charge applies, and the refund comes as a gift card.
If the item is not legal to own in your state, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% fee.
If we need documents for an order, you have 5 days to get them to us. If we don’t have them by then, we cancel the order and refund it less the same 15% fee.

You can cancel anytime from My Account, then Armory Club. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month or year you already paid for. Member pricing stays on until then.
We don’t refund membership fees for a month or year that has already started. This includes a renewal that was charged before you cancelled.
If we refund a membership payment in full, the membership ends right away.
The membership fee is not taxed. Store credit can’t be used to pay it.
We may end a membership without a refund if it is misused, such as sharing an account or buying at member prices for someone else to resell.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If we asked you to send the item back, the refund is made after we receive and check it.
Card fees and shipping charges are not refunded.
Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.
