The Primary Weapons Systems MK111 Compound is a short-barreled rifle in .223 Wylde, which handles both .223 Remington and 5.56mm NATO, with an 11.85″ barrel and a 1:8 twist. It pairs a Mod 2 ambidextrous lower with a Mod 1 upper that keeps the forward assist, and weighs 5.5 lb unloaded.
It runs the PWS long-stroke piston system with adjustable gas settings and an FRC 2-port compensator compatible with Rearden Atlas suppressor mounts. The 11″ M-LOK handguard is 1.7″ wide and 2.25″ tall. The lower is forged 7075-T651 aluminum with a flared mag well, integrated trigger guard and full ambidextrous controls. It comes with a PTFE-coated mil-spec enhanced trigger (5.5 to 6.5 lb pull), a 1.2″ enhanced buffer tube with ratchet lock and QD mount, an H2 steel body buffer, a Magpul MOE SL stock and MOE K2 grip, and a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle.
