The Barrett MRAD Covert in .308 Winchester is a compact suppressor-ready precision bolt action built for shooters who demand world-class accuracy in a more portable package than a full-size MRAD. The fluted 17-inch barrel with a 1:8 twist delivers exceptional accuracy across the full range of .308 Winchester ammunition while the folding stock with adjustable cheek piece collapses the rifle to a highly manageable form factor for vehicle transport backpack hunting and mobile operations. The full-length Picatinny rail user-interchangeable barrel system and match-grade two-stage trigger carry over from the full-size MRAD platform ensuring no compromise in precision capability. Built on Barrett’s proven multi-caliber architecture and included with a 10-round magazine the MRAD Covert in .308 Winchester delivers flagship bolt action performance in its most compact and operationally versatile configuration.
